    Absolutely terrible. Food is sub par, but the worst part is by far the customer service. Very rude staff, very slow service. Don't waste your money or time

    Working the kinks out for sure. So two stars for now and will wait a while to try again and re-review. Clearly they are still in training and need to work on customer service processes. I understand for new franchises it takes a few weeks.

    However, I have not had their pizza in a while but it is really just not anything special to be straight. Compared to others like papa Murphy's I would pick Murphy's even knowing I have to cook it.
